Vietnamese would be proud to call every creation their own. But as history will remind us our encounter with other cultures, have always invariably left some mark on our heritage and cooking. In this menu we pay homage to the French influences. Over time these have been adopted and combined to make truly unique Vietnamese creations. Here, it is Hot bread Rolls/baguettes, Crepes, Beef Noodle Soup, Crème Caramel and Iced Coffee.

A 4-week cooking class series. You can commit to all four weeks OR choose classes on an individual basis. Classes are held in February, from 6.30-8.30pm $95 per person.
