Learn to cook two yummy starters (veg fritters and mince kebabs), two dips/accompaniments (raita and mint chutney), a meat dish (lamb/beef mince), a festive beef biryani and finish off with the best dessert yet this summer (kulfi) in seven weeks of hands-on cooking. BYO apron and container to each class.
