Alma Park Zoo
45 minutes away from Brisbane’s CBD, is the serene Alma Park Zoo; the first and oldest zoo in Queensland.
Alma Park Zoo is home to over 200 animals including primates, reptiles, amphibians and crocodilians from all over the world.
The zoo also proudly exhibits a number of native Australia animals including dingoes, kangaroos, koalas, echidnas and wallabies. For younger children there is the Friendship Farm with goats, alpacas, chickens and guinea pigs for the first-timers at the zoo.
Bookings to get up close and personal with some of the zoo’s animals, including the pandas, snakes and crocodiles, are available.
