If you have ordered your favourite Vietnamese dishes when out dining then you have probably only tried 20-30% of their vegetables and herbs. Here you will discover how to traditionally cook Jicama Rice Paper rolls with Peanut-Hoisin Dipping sauce, Lotus Stem Salad with Herbs and Fish sauce, Stuffed Bitter Melon Soup, Braised Young Bamboo with Pork Ribs and Pickled Mustard Greens. On display for Q&A will be other exotic vegetable examples!

A 4-week cooking class series. You can commit to all four weeks OR choose classes on an individual basis. Classes are held in February, from 6.30-8.30pm $95 per person.
