CANBERRA WALK-IN AVIARY (Nicholls)
This privately-owned Aviary is a 1000-square metre space that allows visitors to watch, photograph and feed a diverse assortment of birds. There are approximately 500 birds of over 60 types of species in this aviary, including parrots, finches, doves and quail. The price of an entry ticket also covers a small plate of food and tub of mealworms to feed the birds. If you’re lucky, some friendly birds will come and take the food from you, others may need a little more prompting!

WESTON PARK (Yarralumla)
