WAGAYA (Fortitude Valley)
Wagaya is well-known for its exceptional Japanese cuisine. The menu here is extensive and filled with some seriously delicious options (including Japanese-style chicken pizza!) but you’ll have to avert your eyes from the other spectacular options and make your way to the star of the menu, the ramen. The five ramen options here are traditional and mouth-watering. Experienced ramen fiends will need to try the scallop miso butter ramen for something a bit different.
