Workshop: Making Time
Making Time is an open kitchen laboratory where local participants are invited to share preserving techniques for a variety of foraged, native or backyard surplus foods through pickling, jam making and bottling.
Workshop participants will present their teachings and learnings in urban adaptation in a traditional market stall context.
